During World War 2 the Ben Hur trailer was also constructed of wood on a steel 1 ton frame. 

 

The Body on this Wood Ben Hur is very rough but the frame of the trailer is in very good original shape. It is missing some tarpaulin hooks and tail light brackets but does have the original Black out light switch and wiring harness ground frame. Unfortunately there are no tags on the trailer but I believe that this trailer was made by Checker Cab by the construction of the front wheel.
